Sorel Roget has been involved in real estate since 2014, helping buyers find their next home and sellers get the best price in the shortest time. She loves digging deep to discover what it is that her clients need by listening closely and asking the questions they may not have even thought about yet. With a comprehensive knowledge of neighborhoods all around the city, she sees the big picture so her clients can focus on the details that matter most to them. Sorel brings a unique and broad range of skills to real estate from her previous experience. After completing her MBA at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, the most prestigious hotel school in the world, she began a ten-year success story in hospitality. Beginning with Starwood Hotels in Australia, Sorel was quickly promoted to oversee revenue management systems for the entire Asia-Pacific region and subsequently launched the W Hotel in Hong Kong as Director of Revenue Management. After the W, she honed her negotiating skills as Director of Sales and Marketing for an entertainment company in Asia where she was responsible for distribution in seven countries and secured the company’s two most lucrative deals.
A true international businessperson, Sorel has lived and worked in 5 countries across 4 continents and traveled to more than 75 countries and all 7 continents (yes, even Antarctica!). These experiences taught her the importance of detailed competitive market analysis and negotiation. But perhaps most of all, she learned the power of relationships built on trust and understanding. Her first real estate transaction was selling her mom's home, where she realized the skills developed in the hospitality and business world made her an effective and gracious real estate agent.
